Longhorn has extremely flavorful steaks for a decent price. I don't always want to spend $50 on a steak so this is definitely my "go to" spot when I want a steak but in a casual setting. I have had some minor issues with service here but a simple email via the website gives me a favorable enough response to return. All in all, I do return because of the food. I don't think this location has a patio though....

This establishment is no bueno!!! I was disappointed thinking I would get the same good quality that I do from home. The drinks were YUKKY!!! The food wasn't even on point and it seems as though the watered down the salad dressings! Our server was nice but the food and drinks were not to par!

There was a line down the concourse to get in here!! But it went fast, only 10 minutes of well-worn - it - waiting and i was feasting on glorious beer after glorious beer. Plus, they have steak and all the other steakhouse delights without the high steakhouse prices. They serve a couple local beers too.

We had a great dinner on the start of our anniversary week. We came here bc our hotel was near by before our flight to Jamaica in the morning. When we arrived it was PACKED!! however we sat immediately and even though were three large parties there our waitress and food was great and prompt. My wine was good and my husbands mint mixed drink was refreshing.

Ummm...... I'll give them redeeming grace in the fact that tonight is graduation night. But if it's like this each night outside of that, I won't be back. Service was slow, the waitress had an iffy attitude here and there. That is all.

It takes a lot for me to give a bad review but lunch today was enough, server was almost non existent and refilling drinks must be banned. That alone I could deal with (your tip) but when I complained because half of the Salmon I ordered was raw she said I see and quickly took my plate. I was expecting a manager would come and speak with me, she then came back handed me the check and disappeared again. At this point I said screw it and I will allow my review and the fact that this Longhorns with never be visited by me again.

Server was cool. ..drinks were Ok! The burger wasn't made the way we requested so it was made over. My sandwich didn't have the mushrooms or onions but other than that it was Ok. Sweet potatoes should of had a Lil more butter and sugar.

So I decided while trying out this location for lunch that I'd review while here. The parking lot was fairly full but definitely open spots available. Im glad it's just me because there was a wait and I prefer to sit at the bar anyway. There was one single seat open so here I find myself. The bartender Stephanie immediately greeted me, which I appreciate. Thought it was a nice touch for her to ask my name so that she could introduce herself. Yea it helps to be a little more personable, wish I could have a drink but maybe I'll be back after work one day. Anyway she is fast and after viewing browsing the menu and mixed with this heavy desire to sleep I'm keeping it light, which is usual for me anyway. I'm ordering the spinach dip over my all time fav, which is the shrimp cocktail. So far the timing is just right. Fair experience

Currently sitting in Longhorns. Ordered a piña colada that took 15 minutes to get only to taste like water. Ordered steak cooked medium well with baked potato and broccoli, received a well done tuff steak with baked sweet potato that was full of sugar and butter and no broccoli. Was told it was coming and I haven't seen it yet plus still waiting on steak. Haven't seen a manager at all about these issues. Do not recommend this location at all.

Absolutely amazing , Silva was our waitress and she was a doll. She recommended the Jack Honey blackberry lemonade drink it was perfect smooth , sweet and tasty. Had the filet and is was tender and juicy. I highly recommend if your in the area stop by ' I will definitely return !

This is my favorite steak place in the world. I recently ate at a steak place that cost a lot more and was no where near longhorn steakhouse. The service is somewhat fast at the camp creek location but them lines on Sunday.., whew! Everybody and their pastor trying to get in there. Lol., I always get the t-bone with grill corn on cob and green beans.. As a matter of fact, I'm bout to head there now. 5 stars for sure...

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! Too many screw ups to count! Luckily it didn't smell as some other yelpers encountered... Perhaps if it had I would have left and not ordered???

Out car was broken into, window busted and car ransacked. All the manager said was he apologized and it's a messed up situation. Security was on site. Food is decent. Some servers don't know the difference in the steaks. My meat is usually not tender so I usually don't order the steak. Lol at a steakhouse. Service is not bad though. Other locations are better. But since is the closest too me I don't mind coming back.

Wish I could review on the service of this location but I only got as far as seeing the menu. Allow me to explain. My mother had a couple of hours to spare before her flight and so we decided to grab dinner at this Longhorns on Camp Creek Pkwy. We were promptly seated by the hostess but then...5...10...almost 15 minutes pass and no one's acknowledged us at our table, not even a friendly nod, smile, inquiry from any waitress that passed by. "Maybe they didn't see you?" you ask? Impossible, we had the booth RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE HOSTESS STAND AND DIAGONAL FROM THE FRONT DOOR. To top it off, the place wasn't even packed so being really slammed couldn't possibly be their excuse. So at that point we decided that if it was going to take that long to get a waitress to serve us who knows how long it would take for the food to actually reach our table so we decided to bail. On the way out my mother informed a waitress that we were leaving for lack of service. Sure she apologized but I still didn't get the meal I anticipated.

Waited way past the given time, the odor in the restaurant was horrible. But not as bad as the food & service. We waited 20 minutes for water & bread the waiter Jeffrey had a major attitude & his service reflected it. By the time we got our food the whole eating out experience was ruined & it continued half of our orders were wrong & the the other half the food was cold. Up side half the bill was comped but the experience put me in a bad mood. Will never in life go back there.

It's sad that the Steakhouse restaurant can't cook the steak right. Order their signature steak, renegade outflow ribeye steak. It comes out alive and super rare instead of medium rare. Sent it back to recook. The manager apologizes for the foods and gave 50% discount. Great! T

Steak is Real good, the only thing not giving this review 5 stars is the fact that it took 45 minutes to get my dinner, arrived at 5pm, its now 720pm and I just got the check...

I brought my mother here for a mommy-daughter day and it just so happened to be veterans day. There were 3 servers working it took forever to get our food. When it came out it was cold. I sent it back and they sent out the same food out. I asked to speak with a manager and it took him 35 minutes to come to our table! I will not be back

Went here for dinner the other night. I like the atmosphere and decor of this location. It was a Thursday night and we were seated immediately. Our server was wonderful. She was attentive and took care of us in the manner which makes me happiest. I had the rib eye with a baked potato and it was okay, not the greatest. However, my friend ordered a bleu cheese crusted T-bone, which I tasted and that thing was delicious, I must say. Yummy! I really want the Camp Creek Marketplace to get some lights (or SOMETHING) in key places so that traffic is better in that shopping center. I am frustrated with each and every visit. While LH is okay, I prefer you-know-who (OB) better.

Walking into the restaurant you get smacked with a weird odor. It's not the steak or food smell it's like a pee smell. We walk up to the hostess podium and she wasn't there. About 4 or 5 parties behind us are waiting to be put on the wait list and a full lobby of people waiting to be seated. It took the girl 10 minutes to come to the podium and she had a dry ass attitude. That really pissed me off. She didn't say anything to me just handed me a buzzer. So I sit and about 15 mins we get seated. She's didn't say anything to us again when we handed her the buzzer. It took another 15 mins for our server to take our drink order. He was nice and really helpful. Once we got our drinks in and ordered the food came out pretty fast. I got a chicken strawberry salad and my bf got a portobello steak. They both were very delicious meals and cooked and prepared as asked. The cocktail drinks were also very good. I would definitely say their hostess needs to get her attitude in check because that makes me not want to come back.

Perfectly acceptable in every day. Typical laundry's restaurant. Honestly, it was so average I don't even remember what I got. Its good enough, quality and repeatable. They did have a massive bee infestation when I was there. Hopefully that's corrected.

Service was slow on food. Waitress was great. She was attentive and accommodating. The food was slow but seasoned well and tasty. The birthday thing is officially irritating!

I'm not a big Longhorn fan and the fact that they were out of pork chops at 6:30 pm with a closing time of 11 didn't make matters better. Shout out to the manager for coming to the table and apologizing and comping a baby back rib meal.

  • Renee S.

Well, where do we start. I came to this location because this had the best reviews off all the restaurants in the marketplace. Its my birthday and I came with a friend just because we wanted some drinks in the area since she lives near.. There was no where to sit at the bar so we waited the 25 minutes to be seated. I believe they need to hire more servers or bussers to clear and clean the tables properly. This is a very busy location especially on a friday night. So our server was nice overall however she was a little lacking in her knowledge off items. My friend ordered a lemon drop martini which looked anything but. My drink was fine but at this point after the 15 minute initial wait for drinks and an additional 10 minutes to remake the drink which tasted worse than first time, we didn't even want food again or the bad drink. On top of that we weren't even offered a glass of water. At least when the manager finally came over he took the drink off of our bill. Needless to say first and last time.

I never leave disappointed! They are always super crowded on weekends and seating arrangements suck but the food is great.

At this location they do not know how to cook your Fire Grilled T-Bone Medium so it's always been free for me.

So I've always been a huge steakhouse fan and never been to a longhorn steakhouse previously to my visit yesterday! I must say that the service was okay.. upon arrival we were greeted not right away because it looked like there was some confusion as to who would be the host/hostess. Once that was all figured out we requested a booth and seated. To start we ordered 2 Cocktails.. One Patron Margarita and a Blueberry Mojito. Both came out in a surprisingly fast time! Most times it takes FOREVER at restaurants for your drink to come from the bar but this wasn't the case! 1st point scored! They drinks were mixed to perfection they weren't shy AT ALL on the patron! Another point scored! So even though this is a steakhouse I didn't even order a steak but I can speak on the parmesan crusted chicken! Absolutely splendid! So for anybody going here that happens to not be a steak person go for that dish! Not to mention the steakhouse mac & cheese was really good along with a sweet potatoes that had brown sugar and butter melting from inside

Trying to get dinner as I type. The place is packed but I don't understand why. It took 10 minutes to get a drink at the bar. Sat down at a table then almost 20 minutes until the waitress even acknowledged I was there. Ordered a wedge salad and got Romaine lettuce with some bacon and blue cheese, mediocre at best and definitely not a wedge. Ordered prime rib and it came out quickly. ....but it was a burnt flat iron or really bad strip steak. The waitress said it was not a good cut. Even the tables near me said that's not prime rib. They replaced it with another that was a 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Very disappointed with the speed and quality of the food. On the positive side, the waitress was very nice and apologetic about the food. The manager was stepping in wherever needed, cleaning tables, taking drink orders and was very friendly. Not sure I would return though.

Last time here was three weeks ago. Ordered dinner at 9 ..walked out at 1015 without dinner ..what a joke. We ended up at waffle house. Came back tonite ..ordered the cowboy pork chops which for 5 years have been among my favorites. Asked the server for the scale which was brought by the manager. The pork chop weighed 4.7 oz. While the menu and Web site clearly state 8 oz The manager charged us for lunch portions which was right. Don't know what is going on here in College Park but this is two poor experiences in a row.

Tonight was probably the worse experience I've had in a while. Our server greeted us in a warm polite manner, however as the night went on she let us down tremendously. She brought out our bread however she did not include any plates and I had to ask her twice for plates before she brought them out. She never checked on us periodically and getting her attention was a hassle. She allowed dishes to pile up on our table not once offering to remove them from the table. Even when our entrees were brought to the table, our server left used dishes and empty glasses on our table. Food was okay and my steak was slightly over cooked considering I asked for medium well steak. Bottom line is majority of the employees acted as if they were disgruntled and passed that feeling on to the customers. ...bottom line is I probably will not be going back anytime soon to this place.....

Umm, the steak was good and fixed to my liking but the service was so so. I swear I went here a month ago and had a better experience. Ok, so my bf and I love their onion bloom, we get their and the man tells us that they haven't had that in 2yrs. No sir, we were here a month ago. Bring back my onion bloom, it was cut just right, now you want to give me chunky fried onions!

I loved my food and the hostess. I was not quite enthused with the waitress though. I had a great time with my friends and we all came to the concensus that the lady was kind of snappy. Clean and great food.

What can you say about Longhorn that hasnt been said about every other LongHorn in America? This location is in the Camp Creek Marketplace, which I have mention several times is totally way busier than the planning and development department could have ever hoped for...sits behind the Suntrust bank. I normally go for the lunch, becasue they have a prime rib sandwich that they dont serve during dinner time. I'm one of those people that when it comes to chain resturants, I figure out what I like and stick with it. Tonite we went for dinner. Had about a 5 min wait for a table, and the watiress show up quickly for our drink order. During our wait for the table we decided what we wanted and placed the order with our drink order. It took over 20 mins to get a cheeseburger and chicken tenders...very dissappointing as the cheesburger was cold and the burn was slighty charred. $3 for a cranberry juice.....and no free refills....on the juice Our waitress was nice....but not as quick as I prefer...we had to ask her three times for the check and a to-go box.

Ate here last night, the staff were all really friendly, including our server, the manager and the greeter. I like the decor here, but I'm not sure if it's Texan or Kansas City. I ate the Shrimp and Lobster cheese dip appetizer which was really good, with lots of multicolor chips. Very thick and flavorful. I also had the boneless buffalo nuggets. They were good but the sauce they use with those is really strong and has a chipotle flavor which is a bit sickening to me. Something about them I just don't like. They were small and crunchy and good but the sauce put me off.

Actually came to Longhorn after being disappointed at Ultimate Bar & Grill across the road. It was a Sunday, during what I assume was the after church rush, and there was a wait to get a table/booth. Since I was by myself, the host said that I could grab a seat in the bar area if I wanted, with no wait. Seemed like a good idea, so off I went. Was there briefly, before a waitress came up & asked about my drink/food order...really helpful/friendly staff, large portions, excellent food. I prefer my ribeye medium...just past medium rare, and the chef hit the nail on the head. Add in rice pilaf, a loaded baked potato, and an order of Wild West Shrimp....not a bad way to spend $39!

  • Terry F.

Sometimes there is a wait, but it usually isn't too bad. Good, basic American steak, shrimp, etc. An acceptable beer selection--you MAY need it, so start drinking as soon as you arrive. Must remind myself: Yes, this is a chain restaurant--you knew that when you walked in there so suck it up . . . :-/

Sucks! Came here 8/1/2011 it smelled like something spoiled when we FIRST WALKED IN! Sat and had a watermelon magarita/martini....it gave me a lil bee buz. We continued to smell the stinch so we asked our waitress what it was,the waitress said others had asked her the same. We paid for our drinks and left.

Went for lunch. The lunch specials were very affordable and delicious (potato soup and the bacon Mac and cheese!) Although, it took over an hour from sitting down to finally asking for a check. I also was supposed to receive $2.52 in change, and I was only brought back 2 dollars. The service was decent, but for a not crowded restaurant it sure did take a long time.

I ordered my spinach dip and that was okay. After ordering my flat iron medium well steak; it came out rare. I sent it back and the same piece came back medium rare. I am a steak connoisseur, and am well aware of how to order the right temperature steak. The first time I attempted to get the servers attention another gentleman was trying to cash out as she continued to text on her cell phone. The manager brought the steak back out, yet and still it was not properly cooked. For my first visit to this chain regretfully I will not be a returning customer.

NOT GOOD! If I could give them 0 stars I would. My husband and I dined in on Memorial Day and they were short staffed and it took long for us to get our food but that was expected I assumed. But on top of that when we got home my husband immediately became sick with the normal stomach virus symptoms. Then it hit me about 7 hrs later with the same symptoms but worse. I was so sick that I had to be hospitalized and was diagnosed with food poisoning. We were assuming that it had to be the steak because my daughter ate everything on my plate but the steak and thank God she didn't get sick. After reporting this to the public health dept they did an inspection and they were given a grade of 58. That's unacceptable! I will never eat Longhorns ever again!

I love Longhorn steakhouse it's the best there chicken and strawberry salad is the bomb and there macaroni and cheese out of the world and don't for get the firecracker shrimp. One thing though this location at camp creek does none have great customer service and I like great service it's ok if your on that side of town and want to eat there go ahead.

Just ate here with a group of 30. I received my food before the first group of us that was seated 40 minutes before me. The first group also received the last of their dessert order almost 2 hours after they sat down. The wait staff need to taught how to do their jobs better and ask the right questions. The good thing was the food. My prime rib was excellence. Cook just the way I ask for and my entire group did not have an issue with any of their food except for the time it took to get some of them which I attribute more to the wait staff then cooks.
